Making move after move and taking the industry by storm, Cleveland’s own Q Money is having an amazing 2018. With the success of his new single “Neat,” his latest project Ain’t Sh*t Funny, and him being added to G Herbo’s tour, there’s a lot to be excited about for the Think It’s A Game signee.
Q joined the Swisher team at the 2018 ATL Pack Night where he blessed the crowd with a show-stopping performance. During sound check, we caught up with the hitmaker for a brief conversation on how he got started in rap, getting to work with Swisher Sweets (a favorite of his) and where he seems himself headed in the near future.
Gucci Mane is considered one of the most successful artists to come out of Atlanta (and really anywhere else), so naturally, getting advice from the East Atlanta Santa is typically beneficial — especially if you’re an artist on the rise like Q Money.
Q linked up with Guwop in the Swisher Lounge where they discussed a variety of things. They talked about chasing hits vs. just making music, leaving the street life in the past so Gucci can focus on his career, never giving up on his craft even when he felt like it, and much more.
